INSTALLMENT AND DEBUGGING:
machine is to be fixed and fastened according to requirement and check the below, then test run.
1. Check whether or not all bolts, screws and anchor bolts are completely tightened.
2. Check reducer gear box and then fill enough oil into it after making sure there is no dirt inside.
3. Check whether or not the connection of temperature cabinet and electrical lines is correct.
4. check where or not the direction of motor rotation is right.
5. Check whether or not hauling machine's air source has reached working pressure
6. Check the rotating components are flexible.
These checks are completed, starting motor with empty machine operations, if have not find other faults, according to the following items for actual trial.
1. According to the requirements for the installation of mould and mould teat.
2. According to requirement to adjust every district temperature of host machine.
3. pour cooling water into groove.
4. install conductor on pay off frame.
5. lead wire core go through mould teat in level.
6. Use preset lead strings to lead wire core into take up bobbin through hauling machine.
7. start machines and test run
8. check the wire being produced whether in line with the requirement, if nothing wrong, keep going normally.
MAINTENANCE:
Proper use and maintenance is to guarantee that the machine can work properly and prolong its service life, maintenance system must be strengthen, first regularly check tightness degree of each part of the retaining bolt, carries on the fastening, prevent loosening.
Everywhere bearing greases should maintain moderate (occupy space 2/3), insufficient shall promptly add, prevent lack of oil or dry friction burning out bearings, and grease should guarantee the bearing clearance are not damaged, to ensure that the service life of the bearings.
