Product Description
High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifiers Purification of Electrical Insulating Liquids
(ZYD-I Series)
ZYD-I is double stage vacuum transformer oil recycling system. It is specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. It not only provides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal but also removes acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products, and improves color.
This mobile type oil treatment plant has been procured by many government electric power departments for treatment of new oil (as per IEC 60296) and reconditioning of used oil (as per IEC 60422 for oil in-service) in EHV class transformer, shunt reactor and other oil filled equipment in order to achieve properties of treated oil within specified limits at the rated capacity.
It is applied to process the transformer oil and insulating oil from power plant, power station, electric power company, power transmission equipment, transformers, industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for onsite installation, maintenance and purification for high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV. It can shorten the oil treatment period for transformer installation and maintenance.
