Application
To handle electrical stresses, transformer oils are required to have better dielectric strength. Lower residual water, gas and contamination content must be maintained to reduce the speed of oil ageing. All of these operations are performed using the ZY Series transformer oil treatment equipment. Vacuum dehydration, degreasing and solid particle filtration are function of ZY transformer insulating oil filtration equipment.
ZY Series high vacuum transformer oil treatment equipment is applied to purify unqualified or used insulation oils such as aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil, cable oil, circuit breaker oil etc for new installation or maintenance of equipment. It removes free or soluble water, gases, particulate pollution etc, and increase oil puncture voltage. This machine improves oil quality and thereby extends the life of transformers. Also it can fill the insulating oil into the transformers.
Features
1. ZY machine is small, highly efficient and operated easily. And it can be live operated with electricity, carry out vacuum oiling power equipment and dry moisture of power equipment.
2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, it can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe and reliable.
4. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure the machine operation easy and safely.
5. Adopts interlocked protective system which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor to avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak or electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will power off automatically.
6. Can work with our regeneration device to decolor (and remove acid, oxide, free carbon) if it is required.

This machine adopts highly effective vacuum and advanced stereo-evaporation technology which enable highly effective removal of water, gas and impurities without power off, shutdown of machine or change of oil which allows transformers running with energized.

How long is the warranty period?
We warrants the plant supplied under agreed specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 years after start up of the system.
