Ultrasonic cutting knife, also known as ultrasonic cutting machine, is a kind of ultrasonic equipment specially used for cutting. It is one of the important categories of ultrasonic application. The principle of ultrasonic cutting is completely different from the traditional cutting. Ultrasonic cutting is to use the energy of ultrasonic transducer to heat and melt the local part of the cut material, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting material. Therefore, ultrasonic cutting does not need a sharp edge, nor does it need a lot of pressure, and will not cause edge collapse and damage of the cut material. At the same time, due to the ultrasonic vibration of the cutting knife, the friction resistance is particularly small, and the cut material is not easy to stick to the blade. This is especially effective for cutting viscous and elastic materials, frozen materials, such as food, rubber, etc., or objects inconvenient to apply pressure.
characteristics of ultrasonic cutting machine:
High stability: when the ultrasonic generator works, it produces 40KHz electromagnetic vibration, which is transformed into mechanical vibration and transmitted to the cutting knife and cutting materials. The mechanical cutting is carried out. Therefore, sharp edges are not required, the blade wear is small, and the cutter head can be replaced by itself.
No pollution: when cutting with ultrasonic knife, the temperature of the knife head is lower than 50 ℃, which will not produce smoke and odor, eliminating the risk of injury and fire during cutting.
Neat cutting: due to the ultrasonic cutting through high-frequency vibration, the material will not adhere to the blade surface, only a small pressure is required during cutting, and the fragile and soft materials will not be deformed and worn. The fabric cutting will automatically seal the edge at the same time, which will not cause edge collapse.
Simple operation: the cutting knife is connected to the ultrasonic generator, the generator is connected to 220V mains power, and the switch can be turned on for cutting. It supports hand-held cutting and is equipped with air-cooled interface.
Another great advantage of ultrasonic cutting is that it has fusion effect at the cutting part while cutting, and the cutting part is perfectly sealed, which will not cause flash of textile materials. The use of ultrasonic cutting knife can also be expanded, such as hole digging, shovel digging, paint scraping, carving and so on.
