The brief introduction of medium scale palm oil refinery plant
palm oil refinery plant is a complete set of edible oil refinery, It is used to refine crude palm oil ( CPO) ,which also apply to various of other crude oil ,such as sunflower oil ,sesame oil . rice bran oil,cottonseed oil,flaxseed oil,soybean oil,etc.It adopts the chemical and physical oil refinery technology,with high rates of refinery and high added value of product.
The main process of medium scale palm oil refinery plant
1.Degumming:
Removing the phosphatide by adding hot water,when phosphatide meets hot water, it will become bigger and bigger, then out of tanks.
2.Deacidification:
Removing the FFA by add caustic soda (for taking neutrallzation reaction).
3.Bleaching:
Remove the pgment by adding bleaching earth andthe remaining bleaching earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.
4.Deodorization: Remove the oxide, solid particle and volatide gas.
5. Process:physical refining,chemical refining
6. Refining ways: batch type,semi-continuous,full continuous oil refinery plant
