Y31 series machine tools are suitable for processing straight gears, helical gears, cylindrical gears, worm gears, etc. The use of a finger milling cutter and a reverse mechanism can process herringbone gears without empty slots. Can realize automatic cycle cutting.
When single-tooth indexing is processed, finger cutters and disc cutters can be used to realize automatic cycle cutting, and single-tooth indexing can also be controlled manually.
Use the hobbing method to process, the accuracy is not less than seven grades; with single tooth indexing, the accuracy is not less than eight grades.
The working table faceplate is centered by hydrostatic bearings, and the pressure oil is supplied through the gear oil separator.
