WIG ship is a ship that is designed to attain sustained flight over a level surface (usually over the sea, the lake) by making use of ground effect, the aerodynamic interaction between the wings and the surface. So it can be not only in the water, but also above the water of the flight, known as the "flying ship“.
Two Type WIG Ship
A-Type : limited to flying within the land area, mainly for the relatively calm water on the sailing, generally near the water within 5 meters above the water ;
B-Type: Not only fly in the effective area, but also fly high out of the effective area, generally fly within 150 meters above the water
