AB Two Compounds Filter End Cap Gluing Machine
The turning table speed and gluing speed can be adjusted freely according to the filter cap sizes. And its gluing amount is evenly and correctly.
This machine equips the step motor control system, which is fast speed gluing and short return time.
The compounds tank has the function of heat mixing, and the machine has its circulation system, to prevent the material precipitation.
The pipes has self temp-limited heating, to ensure the gluing amount stably.
The gluing head has the anti-curing alarm functions, self-test alarm functions and maintenance and repair guidance system as well.
Monitor and PLC control system, which is easy operation.
This professional designed machine is used for pouring A.B two parts on the air filter end caps.
Automatic glue mixing and dispenser machine is mainly used for a two-component glue( Epoxy/ Silicone/PU,etc adhesive), automatic metering and mixing the ratio of glue. The glue are stored in two barrels separately, according the glue weight ratio and volume demand automatic metering by two sets of precision pump, supply to a mixing device fully mixing, and then potting/dispensing the desired products.
