HDPE Sheet
High-density Poly Ethylene also is known as HDPE is made from a cord of ethylene molecules (the poly part of polyethylene), and is famous for its light weight and high durability.
The preference of HDPE sheets is increasing from leaps and bounds in the market today, as it's able to cut down on the material which is then used for producing and packaging products for its strength and weight.
It is also available at tap plastics in sheet form with either a smooth or textured surface. The textured surface is also called cutting board.

What can we do with HDPE
A. On Port and vessel: HDPE Sheets/Blocks can be interior lining panel of cabin, funnel liner, liners on bucket of dredger , dock fenders, blocks, baseboard of steamed boat, stern tube, etc. By using it, the self-discharging system of the vessel can function well, and blocking can be prevented so that the discharging speed can be improved at least by 30%.
B. On mining: HDPE Sheets/Blocks can be skirt surroundings of belt transmission machine, bin liner, edge protection and liner of spiral transmission equipment, linings of coal drop, sleeves of turning roller, etc.
C. On terminal power generation: HDPE Sheets/Blocks can be bunker liners, pipes and valves of flying ash, sleeves, blades and high pressure nozzles on principal axis of concentration basin, etc.
D. On kinds of equipment and machine: HDPE Sheets/Blocks can be such as on metallurgical equipment, machinery of transport, food, paper-making, textile, construction, farm, chemical, marine, etc.
