QY Insulated Double Girder Overhead Crane is mainly composed of bridge frame, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, electrical equipment, etc. Three parts are insulated to ensure the security on the hook, pulley, lifting mechanism, trolley frame and the crane; The impedance of each insulation is not less than 1 mΩ at 20℃-25℃ room temperature and humidity ≦85%.
Widely used in non-ferrous metal electrolytic aluminum, magnesium, lead, zinc and other smelting workshops.
In order to ensure the safety of lifting, the lifting mechanism is equipped with double brakes.
The crane's operations are all completed in the driver's cabin.
Work Duty: A6 is equivalent to ISO M6 / FEM 3m. A7 is equivalent to ISO M7 / FEM 4m
