TY Vacuum turbine oil purifier is mainly used to treat substandard turbine oil, especially suitable for severely emulsified turbine oil. It can quickly and efficiently remove water, gas and impurities from the oil, The filtered oil quality index reaches the new oil standard to ensure the safe operation of the steam turbine unit.
This machine uses special high-molecular material as the filtering medium, it integrates emulsification, dehydration, and impurity removal as a whole. Combined with vacuum separation technology, it can demulsify, dehydrate, remove acid, and remove impurities online. It is the ideal equipment for on-line processing of turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.
