Our engineer could come to customer's factory for teaching or the customer could come to our factory for learning.

2. Guarantee and After-sale Service:

* The laser machine : warranty two year
* Laser source : warranty three years
* Water cool machine: warranty 17 months
* Air pump : warranty one year
* Exhaust fan device : warranty three months
# FYI:
* The seller shall guarantee that the goods when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance for a period of 24 months starting from the date on which the goods are delivery from out factory.
The machine will be packed by water-proof film, it need a 20GP container to be shipped.

A: We are laser machine factory based on Guangzhou and Zhejiang, 14 years of experience of manufacturing laser cutting machines.
Q2: Is your factory convenient for visiting?
A: Yes, it take only 30~45 mins to our factory. If you are in center of Guangzhou, take the metro line 4 to Shiqi railway station.
Q3: How could i know if you are trustworthy?

Q4: What is the warranty for laser cutting?
A: 24 months for the machine and 36 months for the laser source.

Q5: Can i arrange sample cutting test?
A: Yes, always welcome; we will take pic and shoot film for you checking.
Free sample is available for regular material, only delivery fee should be cover by buyer.
If your material are unique. please cut a little piece for us. we will do the free testing.
