Our material is from Sinopec,using the plastic chips to produce POY ,the POY is continuous stretched to monofilament yarn,so our monofilament yarn quality is stable,tenacity is higher,eveness reach 98%,,can be used for filter net
Quality Evaluation
.Before shipment,our worker put all yarns on the machines,check the yarn appreance if have oil or stains,if have oil and stains,we will peel the bad yarns .Then use the clean plastic bags to put on it.Besides,QA will peel the 100meters yarns to measure the weight,so can gurantee the yarn count is correct or wrong.
Packing details
Packing: metal cops,12cones packed in a strong caron,in the carton,we put the hold-off arm to fix the yarns .Besides,we use 2kinds colors cones to differ S from Z twist.
Normally we do 2kg/cone,1*20Container can load 8440kgs.
