HSS annular cutter, is a kind of magnetic drill bit, which is mainly used for drilling steel components, such as steel structure engineering, rail transit bridge, ship, machinery manufacturing, aerospace and other fields. High quality high speed steel M2 material, smooth cutting, high drilling efficiency, drilling performance is significantly better than the ordinary two edge twist drill, each can drill 700 ~ 1000 holes.
1. The wear resistance of Zhuotuo drill can be improved by using the high speed steel plate drill in combination with the coolant during drilling, and a higher cutting speed can be selected;
2. The imported super hard high speed steel is selected and combined with layered cutting and low friction cutting geometry to obtain good wear resistance and chip removal performance.
