Speaking of Polyurethane, it is a big family of polymers. We focus on casting urethane parts. In the urethane casting process, polyurethane parts are ranging properties and use on the basis of the reaction product of an organic isocyanate. The main applications of polyurethane parts are in coatings, elastomers, and foams. However, the use of polyurethane components as insulation and other applications are restricted by an upper-temperature capability of about 250°F.

Urethane casting materials do not survive well in direct sunlight or in contact with most organic solvents. Two types of polyamide polyurethane are common: polyester-based and polyether-based, with these backbone structures actually comprising a significant part of a so-called polyurethane resin. We provide custom molded urethane parts with low cost, including polyurethane gasket and polyurethane rubber block.
