Q1:Do you offer ODM or OEM service?
A1:Yes. We offer ODM and OEM service, which including fabrics, design, pattern, color, logo, technology, label, tag, package and mark etc.
Q2:What's your minimum order quantity?
A2:Normally, Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design, but different products the MOQ is different. You can mixed sizes. We are glad to make customized samples for you to test quality before bulk order.
Q3:How to get a sample?
A3:Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need. In general, It will take 7-15 days to finish your sample. Please NOTED: Sample fee is 2 times of production order charge, and the extra sample fee will be refunded when you place bulk order.
Q4:Is your product price is accurate?
A4:Due to differences in materials, processes, packaging, etc., product prices are also different (not include RTS products), but these factors cannot be reflected on Alibaba, so the price displayed is only for reference, not accurate. Q5:What are the available courier services?
A5:They are UPS,FEDEX,DHL,TNT,EMS(Express Mail Service).If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect.
