Metal frame anchor, also known as window frame anchor, is ultra-long sunk head anchor for deep holes, dedicated for aluminum window and door frame, steel wood structure, joists, building decoration (GRC, such as Roman column, window cover); It is the best choice for fixing floor joist keel, and especially suitable for other ultra-deep super thick components.

Material & Craft
◇ Screw：Made of DIN fine rod process pier with CS1008A wire, conventional head is double sunk cross groove(DIN#3), also can customize plate head, surface galvanized.
◇ Sleeve：Commodity hot galvanized steel roll(thicknessδ=0.70-0.02, can customize thicker or thinner), longitudinally cut into a narrow strip, through multi-station continuous mode into a shape.
◇ Nut：6-6 multiposition cold forming machine once molding, thread tapped by automatic tapping machine, galvanized.
◇ Plastic decorative cap (optional)：Only for Φ10 series，cover on the head of screw for decoration.
After fixing this product on C30 concrete block, and tested by tensile testing machine, the damage value should be more than 6,000N
Allowable tension： Single vertical allowable tension load is less than 2,500N recommendly.
