Production Introduction
Ansen Fiberglass Cast Tape is a synthetic cast material used to mend and protect a broken leg or arm by encasing it in a cast. It is an alternative to the plaster cast.
Fiberglass orthopedic casting tape is fiberglass cloth impregnated with a polyurethane resin, and upon contact with air or water will begin to solidify in 6-8 minutes. Ansen Fiberglass Cast Tape is weight-bearing within approximately 20 minutes.

First Aid Cast Tape Polyester Fiberglass Casting Tape High Polyester Medical Plaster Cast Bandage
Indication For Use
1. Cover the part to be treated with stockinette and put undercast padding around.
2. Wear the protective gloves prepared.
3. Choose appropriate size of Ansencast. Open only one roll of Ansencast at a time.
4. Soak it in the room temperature water for 5-10 seconds and brush off the water.
5. Wrap Ansencast spirally, taking care to avoid excessive tightness.
6. In general, put 3-4 layers but for the part that needs to support body weight put 5-6 layers.
7. Smooth and rub the surface to achieve good contact between layers.
8. After 3 - 15minutes of application setting is ready and 20minutes after setting. It can perfectly support the weight.
Removal: Ansencast can be cut more easily with the use of cast cutter, enabling quick removal.
