The handsheet paper forming machine is suitable for preparing hand-made paper sheets for testing physical properties, which are used to test the physical strength of paper samples and identify the properties of pulp raw materials and beating process.
This equipment has absorbed the advanced structure of similar foreign equipment, and is mainly composed of a workbench, a copying department, a drying department, and a white water circulation department. The main materials such as the workbench, the copying part and the white water circulation part are all made of stainless steel, and the locking handle is clamped by a spiral inclined surface, which is fast, flexible and convenient. The drying part adopts electric heating to dry, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent number temperature controller, which is accurate in temperature control, buffering against temperature rise, and preventing over-temperature. The capsule adopts a new type of rubber material, which greatly delays the aging time.
Air pumping adopts circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump, which has high vacuum degree, adopts water circulation and water cooling, and is easy to use.
