Hydrothermal synthesis reactor
Hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactor is a closed container to dissolve insoluble substances. It can be used for sample pretreatment of atomic absorption spectrum and plasma emission, etc., small-dose synthesis reaction, using strong acid or alkali in the tank, and a closed environment of high temperature & high pressure, to achieve rapid digestion of insoluble substances.

Introduction
Hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactor is a closed container to dissolve insoluble substances. It can be used for sample pretreatment of atomic absorption spectrum and plasma emission, etc., small-dose synthesis reaction, using strong acid or alkali in the tank, and a closed environment of high temperature & high pressure, to achieve rapid digestion of insoluble substances.
Hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a kind of closed container to dissolve the refractory material
1. To pretreat the samples in atomic absorption spectrometry and plasma emission analysis, etc.
2. Most suitable for small dose synthetic reaction, to rapidly dissolve the refractory material under the reactor inner strong acid or strong base and high temperature & high pressure airtight environment.
Advantages
1. High temperature resistance: PTFE liner is recommended to be used within 180 °C, PPL liner is recommended to be used within 250 °C.
2. Low temperature resistance: at -196 °C could keep 5%.
3. Corrosion resistance: acid & alkali resistant, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents resistant.
4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties are independent of temperature and frequency.
5. High lubrication: The lowest friction coefficient in solid materials.
6. Non-adhesive: no sticking to any substance, good self-lubricating, the friction coefficient in solid materials is 0.04.
7. Non-toxic: It is physiologically inert, can be implanted into the human body, is resistant to aging, and can be used in the atmosphere for a long time.
8. Anti-pollution: the metal element has a low blank value and the lead content is less than 10-11g/ml.

2. After heating and pressure rising, hydrothermal reactor could rapidly & lossless dissolve the samples, which is difficult dissolved under normal conditions or contains volatile element.
3. Beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, easy operation, could help you shorten analysis time, and get reliable data.
4. PTFE lined with acid resistance & alkali resistance, could protect hydrothermal synthesis reactor.
5. Could be instead of platinum crucible to solve the trace elements analysis in high purity alumina sample processing problem. Used in oevn high pressure digestion tank, is also called as dissolving sample instrument, high pressure tight tank, hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactor, high pressure digestion tank, PTFE high pressure tank, etc.
