Wood options:
The main wood we use for tread and railing handrail are rubber wood, ash wood, oak wood, walnut, etc. You can choose from our normal wood, or customize special wood and color.
Trial Assembly:
To make sure all the sizes are correct, we have trial assembly for each staircase before sending out.
Package:
We use all sealed plywood box to pack the glass, treads, and other accessories to make sure the goods are safe during loading, unloading and transportation.
Container loading:
How to order and time schedule:
Step 1: let us know which design you like and send us the measurements for pricing (see below pictures)
Step 2: Once confirm the design and price, 50% deposit is required to be paid
Step 3: We will send shop drawing in 3days for you to confirm all measurements
Step 4: 30-45days fabrication time including trial assembly and packing (exact time depends on quantity and details)
Step 5: We will send QC pictures and send the shipping cost for your confirmation (if you do not have cooperated forwarder to arrange shipping) and balance is required to be paid.
Step 6: Load container (if you have goods from other suppliers, we can also help to consolidate and schedule the loading together) and confirm details on Documents for your customs clearance at destination port.
Step 7: Follow up ship status and update to you one week before the arrival, so you can prepare customs clearance in advance.
Step 8: Send detailed packing list to check if everything is good and installation instruction (file and video call are both ok for us) once you unload the goods.
