Detailed description
1. Pre melting type heating melting cylinder, "TEFLON" coating to reduce carbide generation.
2. The grooved self buckle shell is easy to fold and repair, and meets the international design safety standards.
3. Glue amount up to 35kg / HR, power: 3500W + 1200W
4. The touch screen temperature control system cooperates with precise PT100 platinum / K-type temperature sensor to reduce the deterioration and maintenance of hot melt adhesive. Automatically monitor the temperature of each area in the whole process. When an area is over temperature, it will immediately output an audible and visual alarm signal, and the fault point will be displayed on the screen. Each area is equipped with independent switch control to select the heating area to be opened according to the needs.
5. Equipped with 2 sets of durable single / double-layer gear pumps, accurate glue delivery
6. Two groups of return valves and six groups of over temperature protection circuits are equipped to ensure safety to the greatest extent.
7. Durable single / double-layer gear pump, accurate glue output, accurate metering gear pump, accurate output of 0.75-15cc per revolution, optional.

1. For high temperature and high pressure equipment, pay attention to prevent scalding and electric shock;
2. The equipment can be started only after the temperature is ready;
3. Cut off power during installation;
4. When installing auxiliary equipment such as guns and pipes, the pressure shall be relieved and discharged before installation;
5. Clean the dust regularly to prevent static ignition;
