FRP composite panel is composed of two layers of FRP panel and core materials,has very good insulation performance,very light weight and very high strength.More convenient installation can be achieved by embedding pipe fitting.
Surface of FRP skin can be high glossy, mat, woven roving, plaid and bubble, the back side can be smooth and rough. Core materials could be Polyurethane (PU), Extruded Polystyrene (XPS), Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Polypropylene (PP) honeycomb, and plywood, etc.
Surface Material: High quality unsaturated polyester resin, PET film, gel coated resin.
Padding material: PU(Polyurethane)foam.
Thickness: 20mm-200mm.
Width: Less than 3000mm, usually less than 2250mm( easy for packing in container)
Length: less than 10000mm.
