1、 Introduction to electrothermal substrate
This type of spectrum series products are printed with resistance slurry on Al2O3 ceramic green sheet. After lamination, metal and ceramic are co fired at a high temperature of about 1650 ℃, and then the lead is welded to become a medium and low temperature heating element. This heating element is another new product after alloy heating wire and PTC heating element. It has been and will be rapidly applied to many fields of medium and low temperature heating required by industrial and agricultural technology, communication, medical treatment and daily life. Such as small ventilation heaters, auxiliary heating of air conditioners, hair dryers, clothes dryers, heaters, mobile phones, dryers, electric splints, electric irons, hair straighteners, curling irons, thermoss, mugs, electric cookers, water heated toilets, water heaters, electronic mosquito repellents, electric censers, electronic wine warmers, electronic warm shoes and other household electric appliances; Such as industrial drying equipment, electric heater, sealing machine, heating of water, oil, acid and alkali liquid, UTR cylinder, condenser and other industrial aspects; Such as infrared physiotherapy instrument, medical field of intravenous heating; Food processing industry such as instant noodles, noodles and fast drying of food; Such as electric ferrochrome, thermostatic bath of small special crystal devices and other electronic industries.

3.1 substrate: white Al2O3 ceramic with content not less than 95%
3.2 lead: 0.5mm nickel wire or nickel copper wire
3.3 casing: Teflon
3.4 heating material: Tungsten

4.1.1 insulation resistance: R ≥ 5 × 108Ω(500VDC)
4.1.2 withstand voltage strength: 1500vac for 1 minute; 1800vac for 1 minute;
3750VAC for 1 minute; 4000vac 0.1 min;
4.1.3 maximum applied voltage: 230VAC / 120VAC
4.2 physical properties:
4.2.1 bulk density ≥ 3.6g/cm3
4.2.2 bending strength ≥ 270MPa
4.2.3 compressive strength ≥ 2700mpa
4.2.4 lead tension: not less than 5kgf along the horizontal direction of the lead, and not less than 3.5kgf in the direction of 90 ℃ between the lead and the substrate.
4.3 temperature performance
4.3.1 rated working temperature: 100 ℃ ~ 230 ℃
4.3.2 maximum temperature: 500 ℃ ~ 700 ℃
4.3.3 heating rate: it can reach the rated working temperature in 30 seconds and the maximum temperature in 90 seconds.
5、 Appearance
5.1 defects: no mechanical damage, burr, crack, rust and pollution, and the identification is correct and clear.
5.2 warpage: no more than 0.008mm/mm.
