Process Requirements
4.2.1 Requirements on water quality into the machine: Water into the machine must be the drinking water conforms to the requirements.
4.2.2 Requirements on rice into the machine: The rice into the machine must reach the requirements of Standard 1.
4.2.3 Old rice can enter into the polishing chamber only after processed. Otherwise the polishing chamber will be blocked.
4.2.4 Raw rice (rice into the machine) can enter the polishing machine only after removes the broken ones through rice grader. Otherwise the broken rice is easy to increase during polishing.
Characteristics of the Structure and Their Functions
5.1 MPGW series polishing machines, with the main unit in horizontal structure, which consist of drive system, loading device, polishing chamber, material outlet, spraying device, bran collecting hopper, base and blower, are characterized by compact structure and less occupation of land.
5.2 Polishing chamber of MPGW series polishing machines are consist of sieve frame, sieve body, polishing roller, main shaft from the outside in, as well as pulley, while from the shaft end to the middle is end cover, bearings, bushings and bearing seats.
5.3 The sieves of this machine are polygonal, which is separately located at both sides of the polishing chamber.
5.4 Locking bolts in the sieve frames are removed to adjust or change the sieves.
5.5 Spraying and dampening system of this machine consists of tank, heater, pump, flow meter, and connection and control elements. Under the action of pump pressure, the nozzle sprays the atomized water into rice from the main shaft, then high heat is produced through turning up and down and friction among the polishing roller, and the sieve and rice grains to make starch of the rice surface form a gelatinous layer.
5.6 A Bran collecting hopper is fitted in the under part of the polishing chamber, then the blower brings bran off from the outlet of the bran hopper, and the bran settles in the settling device which may greatly improve the operation conditions of the whole system.
5.7 Spraying nozzle can be removed and the filter element shall be cleaned regularly.
