Jinggong Cast Iron Surface Tables/ Testing Platforms are made from high-density special cast iron, stress free and thus guarantees optimal rigidity and stability of the plate.
Surface tables / surface plates provide a precision reference for spotting, tool making, inspection of parts, checking accuracy of other surfaces and for many types of gauging and marking out operations.
The table surfaces are available in various accuracy levels, in accordance with DIN876. The edges are machined at clean angles to the surface.
The surface tables are set up using adjusting screws on sub-frames or on lower cabinets. We recommend mounting on trestles for larger dimensions.
The plates come in standard lacquering RAL 6011, RAL 7035, RAL 7024. Other RAL colour tones are available on request.
