2. This double-walled paper cup is thicker than the single-walled paper cup, the double layer of paper makes the cup more rigid, this design increases the thickness of the cup, even if you use the cup to serve hot drinks you will not burn your hands, the double-walled paper cup has very good heat insulation properties.
3. The thickness of the two layers of paper in a double-layer cup may be different or the same, for the choice of paper, customers can customise it according to market demand, but no matter which thickness is chosen a double-layer cup is more suitable for hot drinks than a single-layer cup.
4. Our hot drink cups are made of two layers of paper, white inside and black outside. The outer layer of paper is presented in its current colour through printing technology, but there are no patterns or logos on the surface of the cups, and customers can ask for their own branded patterns and logos.
Product Details
1. The double-walled paper cup has a rolled rim, which not only thickens the paper at the mouth of the cup, making it smoother and rounder, but also enhances the stiffness of the cup, ensuring that the mouth is not easily deformed during use.
2. The bottom of the cup is sealed with a threaded, thickened seal, which ensures that the cup remains stable when filled with large quantities of drinks and prevents leakage.
3. This disposable hot drink cup is laminated with PLA, which increases the overall thickness of the cup and at the same time improves the water resistance of the cup, which effectively speeds up the composting process in the composter.
4. Whether it is a solid colour pattern or other patterns with logos, we use soy ink printing for printing. This ink does not contain harmful substances and can print patterns and text clearly, adding different patterns and colours to the cups.
