Electric Control System for EMS
The electric control system of EMS gather much successful international experience of the variable frequency technic, use the latest digital circuit chip to make SPWM wave, have a closed loop gain control and feed-back system. Output wave is highly tranquilization and the output current excursion is below 3%.
According to the fact of EMS, the main power part choose type of AC-DC-AC frequency and voltage convert, the AC voltage rectify and filter to gain DC voltage, then inverter it into the tri-phase sine wave AC power supply VVVF by the IPM(short for intelligent power module) inverter bridge, so as to drive the coil of EMS.
Electric control system is made up of the upside computer of industry control and PLC system, variable frequency power supply system. The upside computer of industry control would do focus management of situation display and history date record by spot bus unit and the monitor software, the process controlling be implemented by PLC system. All the instruction and some switch signal such as protection, interlocking and analogue signal, communication data are processed by PLC.
