Desugaring Principle:
This Smart Rice Cooker uses the latest rice-water separation technology, through those 3 processes of cooking, leachating and Steaming, It will allow you to easily enjoy healthy and delicious rice with reduced sugar.
When the rice is cooked to a certain extent, the intelligent control system will start to release and gelatinize the starch, dissolving the starch in the rice that affects the taste, promotes fat growth and increased blood sugar.
The intelligent control system will separate the starch integrated into the rice soup from the rice. the starchy rice soup will be drained into the outer pot through the desugar basket, which greatly reduces the starch in the rice.
Finally, the system is heated at a constant temperature to steam the rice stewed and reduce the degree of conversion of remaining starch so as to ensure the reducing sugar without reducing nutrition.
