According to rows of rolling elements,slewing bearings can be divided into single-row slewing bearings, double –row slewing bearings and multi-row slewing bearings. Slewing bearings also can be divided into roller slewing bearings  and  ball slewings depending on rolling element type.

Slewing bearings are also called rotary ring bearings,slewing rings or turntable rings which are usually used in these indusitries,such as port machine, metallurgical industry ,hoist and engineering machine, and so on. Slewing dimension

We can produce whole slewing bearings with a diameter from 120mm up to 13000mm. In terms of segmented bearings, these are manufactured with a diameter of up to 17 metres.

When manufacturing slewing bearings. The material we choose mostly is 42CrMo,but sometimes structural hardening steels or alloys, special steels for hardening under controlled atmosphere.
These materials are manufactured by approved steel works. 
Inspections are carried out at each significant step of manufacturing what makes it possible to achieve the specified quality. 
Core hardening and tempering are carried out to reach required hardness.
