Ⅰ.Overview

Three-phased AC-50 Hz to accept and distribution power .It is new generation small power equipment used in cities and rural areas .which is distingusished with festures as high grade ,small volume ,reasonble structure ,safety and dependability ,simple in running and operation,and accommodates to the demand of power market ,reform of city and rural power grids and packaged

Substations .

Structure Description

The switchgear is of box-type metal-enclosed fixed structure and the cubicle consists of profies and G profiles assembled by several connection pieces .It is divide into four compartments ,namely busbar compartment .CB compartment ,metering compartment and cable compartment .The parts processing shall be made by CNC punching machine ,CNC bending machine and sophisticated machines provided in CNC processing center ,ensuring high precisopm of form ,position and dimension ,fast and accurate making ,fiexible for combination of different options ,which can meet different demands form customers .

Ⅱ.Environmental conditions

1.Upper air temperature limit around 1. + 40℃ lower limit-10℃

2. Elevation: not more than 1,000 m

3. Humidity: relative humidity: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%

Saturated steam pressure: the daily average is not 2.2 × 10 Mpa, monthly average not more than 1.8 × 10 Mpa;

4. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;

5. The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive, combustible gas, water vapor and so on;

6. No recurrent and violent vibration.

When the use conditions of the switchgear exceed the above provisions, it shall be determined by the user and the manufacturer.

Ⅳ.Features

1.The cubicle is of assembled structure ,no welding ,high mechanical strength and artistic apperance .

2.The rear upper part is for GN30-12 rotary disconnect switch and lower part for GN19-12C disconnect switch .The mechanical interlock device operated as per procedures can provide reliable safety protection for the operation personal and equipment .

3.The main switch adopted is of monoblock type ,options such as ZN63-12(VS1-12)and VD4-12.

4.Compulsory mechanical locking method is employed in the interlocks among main switches ,disconnectors and cubicle door to meet the ‘five -proof ’interlock function,enjoying random combination with ring main unit .
