2.  You can set up the mild steel clamping bar with straight bars (of various widths if you had very tight boxes to make) for straight bends or segmented clamping bars for box and pan applications on the pan brake.

3.  Blade gap adjustment on the clamping bars lets you work with sheet metal of different thicknesses on press brake

4. You can remove the bottom leaf's bending extension for the tightest bend dimension between bends of  0.625"

Since the magnetic sheet metal brake machine structure consists of unusual hinge loops in the form of a sphere located along the entire length of the folding rack, the Magnabend bending machine no longer needs a massive bending traverse to create the rigidity of the whole mechanism. So, the small size of the machine is preserved and its productivity is increasing.

7. The control panel (located on either side of the machine) and the pedal remote control on the folding machine  helps to increase productivity, because the employee's hands are now free, and he can quickly mark the workpiece in the work area.

 

8. Due to the comfortable regulators that are located on either side of the clamping rod, you can set the desired bending radius for workpieces of different thicknesses.
