Working Principle
An ( Explosion-proof ) rotary evaporator ( also be called rotary vacuum evaporator or Rotary Devaporizer or rotovap or rotavapor or rotavap ) is used for purification and distillation test. They rotate and shape a thin film in negative pressure condition by heating, evaporate efficiently, and then condense and recollect solvent to purify and separate.
Application
1. An ( explosion-proof ) rotary evaporator ( also be called rotary vacuum evaporator or Rotary Devaporizer or rotovap or rotavapor or rotavap )is a device used in chemical laboratories for the efficient and gentle removal of solvents from samples by evaporation. It is widely applied in such experiments such as concentration, evaporation, distillation, separation of chemical, using the rotating bottle to dry the powder and crystallization and so on.
2. An ( explosion-proof ) rotary evaporator ( also be called rotary vacuum evaporator or Rotary Devaporizer or rotovap or rotavapor or rotavap ) can be used with recirculating water vacuum pump and low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump/ recirculating chiller to form the total system.
Structure
Features
1. Teflon (PTFE) and fluorine rubber dual rotating seal to ensure high vacuum.
2. the introduction of foreign advanced frequency control system, temperature control system, accurate and reliable.
3. A vacuum switching valve, without affecting the system vacuum distillation of the situation and the solution can be continuously collected.
4. Water bath electric lift and manual lift support, easy to use.
5. PTFE draining valve, corrosion resistance, pollution-free.
