Description of Egg Handling Equipment:
The egg handling equipment is designed for semi-automatic egg lifting. The function of the vacuum egg lifter is to suck up the eggs in the egg tray and transfer them to the hatching tray or required place. It is widely used in poultry farms, hatcheries, food processing plants, etc. The equipment generates suction through a vacuum pump and is connected to the suction cup by a dedicated air pipe , The whole egg is sucked up from the egg tray and transferred to the incubation tray or required place, which greatly improves the work efficiency! Reduce labor costs.
The egg handling equipment assembly comes with one or two egg lifting heads, each with a switch on the handle to attach or release the eggs. Egg lifters with shifting head, which can smoothly operate zigzag trays, are also available. The standard configuration of this transferring equipment includes two lifters, one vacuum pump, and other piping parts.
