How It Works
2-D fiber optic bundle, or fiber bundle optics, uses flat-bottom groove and lid to stack multiple fibers tightly together in a rectangular or circle arrangement. In tapered fiber bundle, the core distance of the fiber is usually determined by the fiber diameter, so once the type of the bundled fiber is determined, the core distance of the fiber is fixed as well.
