Symons Cone Crusher Introduction:
Symons Cone Crusher is suitable for crushing various of mid-hard ores and rocks. This crusher has the advantages of reliable construction, high productivity, easy adjustment and less cost in operation.
The spring release system of crusher acts and overlad protection system that allows tramp to pass through the chamber without damage the crusher, use dry oil, water, two kinds of sealed formation.
Symons Cone Crusher made plaster stone and engine oil seprated, assured reliable performance, the type of crushing chamber depends upon the size of feed and fineness of the crushed product. The standard type is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head is applied to fine crushing.
Symons Cone Crusher Performance Features:
1. High productivity and low energy consumption: with continuous rotation of moving cone, the process of crushing and discharging of materials is carried out alternately and continuously, and the producvitiy is high. The material is extruded, bent and sheared between two cones. it is easy to break and has low power consumption.
2. Uniform granularity of finished products: when the moving cone rotates, there are parallel bands with equal clearance between the moving cone and fixed cone, which makes the finished products have uniform granularity and assume the shape of cube, and the wear on the working face of moving cone is also uniform.
3. Extended service life: dry oil and water are used for sealing, and impurities are difficult to enter the body, which ensures the cleanliness of lubricating oil and extends the service life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing.
