A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
A: Sample takes 5-7 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity more than 500pcs.
A: Low MOQ, 2pcs sample for checking is acceptable.
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air cargo and sea cargo also is optional. Mass products will choose sea cargo.

Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and sends the payment for the formal order.
Fourthly, we arrange the production.
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample if you don’t need UL Label. Otherwise, you need to make UL multiple listing first. Then we can print your LOGO together with your UL.
A: Yes, we offer a 3-5 years warranty for our products. DLC qualified products will be provided a 5-10 years warranty based on detailed requirements.
A: Firstly, our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send you new parts to replace or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation, and you don’t need to send the bad one to us.
A: We accept T/T by 30% + 70% payment. Also accept Paypal (Credit Card), Western Union for payment.
