VINKING GMT PALLET
What is GMT Pallet
*GMT pallet is made of 35% fiberglass, 35% PP and 30% PET. It is a new kind of plastic pallet for block making machine. It is widely used in China’s block factories and approved by factories from around the world.
The advantages of GMT Pallet

b.Water Proof, water absorption rate ＜1%
c.Corrosion resistant, can resistant to most acid-base salt
☆.Lower flexure
Compared with PVC pallet, the flexure of our GMT pallet is very lower. It also shows the high loading capacity.
☆.Lower weight
PVC pallet density is 1.8g /cm3, GMT pallet density is 1.2g/cm3, so the weight will be lighter.
Take 850x680mm as an example,
bamboo pallet 25mm thick, weights 13kg;
PVC pallet 18mm thick, weights 18kg;
GMT pallet 18mm thick, weighs 12.5kg.
☆.Long lifetime
Warranty for GMT pallet:
6 years warranty from date of arrive at customer site.
First 4 years, any pallet broken, one change one at seller cost.
Last 2 years, two change one at seller cost.
☆.Hight resistance to impact
The advantage of our GMT pallet is impact resistant.
As the thickness is more than 3mm, you can hit our GMT pallet for block making machine whatever you want.

GMT pallet with steel edges:
Can load up to 750Kg, the flexure is less than 3mm by increasing the thickness.
Temperature tolerance:70-80 degrees.
