Our Company

shapes and sizes can be produced according to customer requirements, such as packaging
diskette, the motor magnetic tile, magnetic ring, toy bar magnet, magnetic ball, with the
exception of iron magnetic rods, magnetic hooks, magnetic separator box; Surface treatment:
Gold, silver, plated epoxy, nickel-plated copper-nickel, zinc, chromium, titanium (blue zinc,
black zinc, color zinc), above the surface treatment to meet environmental requirements.

NdFeB magnet:
NdFeB magnets have the highest energy products approaching 52MGOe and are mechanically
stronger than samarium cobalt magents. NdFeB material is more costly by weight than ceramic or
alnico but produces the highest amount of flux per.
Magnetic grate optional features:
1. The shell material: SS304, SS316, SS316L;
2. The magnetic strength grade: 6000Gs, 8000Gs, 10000Gs, 11000GS, 12000Gs;

Usage of magnet:
Magnetic grates are designed for product purity of free flowing materials such as carbon black, drugs, chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, food industries and so on. These units are easily installed in any hopper or floor opening, chute or duct.
The process:
1.Preparation of raw materials: IQC
2.Melting & strip casting: Analysis of element content, strip casing structure and crystallization
3.Pulverizing and jet milling: Inspection of particle size distribution
4.Pressing immagnetic field: Inspection of size and appearanceof green body
5. Sintering and aging:Inspection of size, appearance, density and oxygen content magnets
6.Machining: Inspection of size and appearance of magnets
7.Coating: Inspecion of size, appearance of magnet, thickness, adhesion and anti-corrosion
8.Magnetizing: Inspection of magnetic propertes of magnet
9.Packing
