Biomass fuel uses solid waste such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut hulls, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, chaff, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid wastes of crops as raw materials. Pressurized, densified, and formed into small rod-shaped solid particle fuel. Pellets are made by squeezing raw materials such as wood chips and straw under normal temperature conditions using a pressing roller and a ring die. The density of the raw material is generally about 0.6-0.8, and the density of the particles after molding is greater than 1.1, which is convenient for transportation and storage, and at the same time, its combustion performance is great.
Introduction of pellet machine:
1. The two ends of the press roller of this model are consistent with the inner and outer ring speed of the grinding disc, and there is no dislocation friction between the wheel and the mold, which reduces the resistance, reduces the kinetic energy loss, and prolongs the service life of the mold.
2. The pressure rollers are set evenly and run smoothly.
3. Adopt the central pressure regulating structure to adapt to different materials and ensure the suppression effect. Compression molding of wood chips, corn stalks, etc. requires a lot of pressure. In similar pelletizing equipment, the roller component is the central part of the entire equipment, and the use of high-quality alloy steel improves the service life of the roller.
4. The template of this structure is stationary, and the main shaft drives the pressing wheel to press the material, which is suitable for pressing the straw particles.
5. This model is equipped with a variety of models and a variety of aperture molds to adapt to different materials and achieve ideal results.
6. The mold is vertical, feeding material vertically, without arching, and easy to dissipate heat.
7. The mold is stationary, the pressure wheel rotates, the material is centrifuged, and the surrounding area is evenly distributed.
8. Two-layer mold, both can be used, high-yield and energy-saving.
9. Independent lubrication, high-pressure filtration, clean and smooth.
10. Independent frequency conversion device to ensure the forming rate of pellets.
