General description
Dome Caps consists of a stainless steel washer and protective caps .It is used
to cover the nail point on weld pins, hangers, lacing anchors & quilt pins.

Application
Domed caps are designed to be used where appearance and safety are major concerns. For best results, pins should be 1/4 in. longer than the insulation thickness.
Secure insulation with a self-locking washer, then install the dome cap to cover the nail point.
Silver Dome Caps are the most economical and can be painted to match any color fabric. They also are used on FRK faced material.
Black Dome Caps are the preferred choice when installing black fiberglass acoustic board or with black fabrics.
White Finish Washers are used on ASJ faced material or white fabrics.
