TKBL-III three-phase zinc oxide arrester characteristic tester is also called arrester characteristic tester and zinc oxide arrester characteristic tester, zinc oxide arrester characteristic tester is used for zinc oxide [MOA] leakage
Leakage current measurement and analysis are mainly used to measure resistive current, 3-7th harmonic current, so as to analyze the degree of aging and dampness of zinc oxide.
The TKBL-III three-phase zinc oxide arrester characteristic tester is a special instrument for testing various AC electrical parameters in the operation of zinc oxide arresters. It can also be used in the laboratory to make factory and acceptance tests.
The on-site live test meets the requirements of the Electric Power Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China-Implementation Guidelines for Site Insulation Test-Lightning Arrester Test.
1. Multiple voltage reference signal sampling methods:
Wired synchronization: Take the signal from the PT end metering winding, and the digital signal is transmitted by wire;
Wireless synchronization: Take the signal from the PT end metering winding, and the digital signal is transmitted wirelessly, eliminating the need for long-distance cable connection.
Induction board synchronization: It is not necessary to get the signal from the PT terminal, and the voltage signal is obtained from the induction board installed on the B-phase base of the zinc oxide arrester
No voltage synchronization: no need to take the signal from the PT terminal, use the software calculation method to find the voltage reference
2. The voltage signal and current signal (input impedance lower than 1Ω) are completely isolated to ensure the reliability and safety of the data;
3. This instrument can have three same sides, automatically calculate without compensation;
4. AC and DC dual-purpose type, with high-energy lithium-ion battery inside, especially suitable for occasions without power supply;
5. Adopt supporting upper computer software to generate word report, which is convenient for data management and query;
6. Generate word report can tell you intuitively the quality of zinc oxide arrester;
7. The instrument is controlled by a small computer, equipped with 800*480 color LCD touch screen, high-speed printer, support for external mouse, easy to operate;
8. The instrument can automatically save 1000 sets of data, or it can be saved with an external USB flash drive.
