3.According to clients' demand, it can customize between direct textile printer for fabric and sublimation paper printer for heat transfer.
4.The front and back synchronic rubber-roller as driving source, tight and drive the media stably plus the accurate transmit of Panasonic motor, it can move different materials without overlap or gap.
5.Tension is ensured by movable delivery/retraction bars that absorb tension differences and stabilize substrates. Equipped rear pinch roller device. Suits both fabric.

1) What’s your delivery time?
Our delivery lead time is within 10 working days after tt deposit received.
2) What’s your payment method?
Payment method is T/T (Wire Transfer) or LC, PAYPAL,Western Union etc. it depends on the country difference.
3) How to order a machine from you?
After you confirm the order details, we will send you Proforma Invoice, including our bank account. We will prepare the order on receipt of payment. The shipping documents will be sent to you in around one week after shipment date of departure.
4) If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
Detailed description, photos or video will help our technician analyze the problem and give solution accordingly.
5) Once there is something need replace, what can I do?
We supply all the spare parts for the printer. If any part is broken, we will fix it or send you new parts after users send back the broken ones. We suggest that users order spare parts package for long time maintenance and fast replacement.
6) How much taxes should we pay?
Please consult your local customs or import agent for details. Thanks.
7) Can we send our technician to your factory for training?
Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit us for free training.
8) We want to become exclusive distributor of your machines?
We look forward to your close cooperation. After you order first machine and be capable of offering after service, then we can start to negotiate about distribution relationship. Thank you.
9) How about Warranty?
12 months warranty for our machines. During warranty period, we will send free parts for replacement (circuit boards) while broken parts should be sent back.
