via e-mail before bulk production.
Q7: What type of the file format is required for the LOGO or packing?
A: We only need design drawing files in AI or EPS format.

2. During the production, the mold, SMT, battery test, assembling, function test, aging test, and packing, each process will be inspected by the professional and experienced QC team, then the next process.
3. Before packing, test them one by one, to ensure the defect rate will be less than 0.2%.

A: 1. Small quantity, we will free send you to brand new replacements with the next new orders.
2. Batch defects, we will free replace new ones for you, or we can negotiate the solution including recall based on the problems.
