This Automatic Toilet Paper production line, consists of one set of Rewinding and Perforating Toilet Paper Machine(or can equip with high-speed rewinding and perforated toilet paper and towel paper machine)(it can be 2 or 3 sets according to requirement), 1 set of Automatic Log Saw Machine ,and 1 set of Automatic Toilet Paper Packing Machine for Multiple Rolls and convey belts.
The production process is:
Jumbo Roll Unrewinding - Embossing -Perforating-Rewinding-Tail-gluing-Edge trimming-Automatic core loading - Pushing out finished Log-Paper log recutting - Paper packing
