Q1:How do I find a Packing machine model suitable for my product?
Kirby: Tell me about your product details:
1. What kind of product you have.
2. The bagchet/pouch size ( the length, width and height ).
3. The weigh of your product for each bag is sometimes neccessary told(it depends what specific product
you have).
4. You requirement for the machines and the bag types.
Q2: How about the delivery time?
Kirby: All our machines are tailor-made because different clients have different requirements, delivery will be within 20 days for the small packing machines.For the large-scale machine, it takes longer.
Q3:How about the payment terms?
Kirby: Normally, we trade with others in T/T, 30% deposit before machine production and 70% balance before shipment. For other payments, we can discuss together.
Q4:Can you offer some video or pictures of the packing machine?
Kirby: Yes, of course. Besides, we can help you to have your products packaging if you are available to send us some of your product and then record a video for your reference.
Q5: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
Kirby: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your cost, we will send you a video of detailed installation and setting to assist you till the end.
*How About Our Payment & Shipping?
Payment:
1:T/T, Alibaba trade assurance, Western Union are accepted.
2:30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
3:All banking charges outside China are on buyers.
Shipping:
Upon receipt of payment , delivery date will be in 10-35 workdays.
By Air, by Sea or by Express (DHL etc).
Shipment cost will depend on the destination, shipment way and the weight of the goods.
