Solar heat pump water heater usually has plenty of hot water on sunny days, but the lack of hot water on rainy days. Ordinary solar water heaters are usually equipped with resistance auxiliary heaters. When the temperature is insufficient, the electric auxiliary will be activated to raise the water temperature and meet the bath needs of people. This kind of solar water heater can supply enough hot water even without consuming electricity in summer, but in winter, the hot water is very likely to be insufficient, thus the electric auxiliary needs to be opened to heat the water frequently in winter. However, as the solar water tank is generally placed outside, the heat dissipation is relatively large. If the heating time is not well controlled, the solar water heater will not save too much energy in winter.
