The fused silica sand is made of natural high-quality quartz, which is melted by high temperature and the amorphous silicon dioxide after cooling is used as the main material, and then processed by unique technology. The product has high purity, low thermal expansion coefficient, low internal stress, high moisture resistance and low radioactivity. As a plastic sealing material for enclosed integrated circuits, it has the outstanding advantages of good dynamic performance, less spills/spillage and large filling capacity.
