The peanuts enter the front drum from the feeding hopper, and the peanuts are peeled apart by the rotation of the suspension sleeve and the rubbing force of the concave plate to realize the separation of the kernel and the shell.

Peanut sheller can be applied to shelling peanuts/groundnut of different regions and varieties, separate the peanut into seeds and hull completely. We have different models of peanut shellers according to customers' requirements of capacity. The type of peanut sheller is with high shelling ratio ≥ 98%.

1. Peanut Sheller integrates peanut shelling, air delivery, and separation as a whole and works with high efficiency(600-800kg/h). The shelling rate can reach 97% or more.

A7: If only pressed, oil residue inside cake is very high at lease 6%. But after extraction, the oil residue will be less than 1%, which greatly increases the oil yield.

Q8: Vegetable oil plants require how large of a workspace? 

A8: The land area typically depends on the capacity of the plant. We can suggest an appropriate space to prepare after given specifications, or, can design the oil plant in-house specifically to the amount of workspace available.
