The CNC Router comes with a heavy structure bed frame, an integrated set of 3 axes moving gantry spindles and a CNC system. As part of the optional configuration, the Rotary Unit can be added on the working table to processing cylindrical or curved materials, which will be a 5 axes CNC machine.  

The machine is developed for efficient cutting and engraving of wood and timber along with the industrial production chain. And the machine comes with a high-performance configuration, like good stability, high accuracy, lower wastage, and long service time.

1. Bed Frame: 20mm Width Seamless Steel Bed Frame provides the stabile fundamental structure for the entire machine.

2. Transmission System: X & Y-axis adopts high precision Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail. Z-axis adopts Taiwan made ball screws. So the long-lasting lifetime is assured.

3. Motor Drive: Leadshine Stepper motor runs smoothly, which creates a none vibration phenomenon even in low speed and heavy load conditions. Hybrid Servo motor and Servo Motor are optional.  

4. Control System: NC-Studio and DSP are both compatible with a wide range of file types. CAD/CAM designing software, such as type3/ ucancam/ artcam are part of the machine package.

5. Lubrication System: Manual/Automatic Oil-injection system provides an easy maintenance working environment. 

6. Working Table: T-Slot and Vacuum table make sure the wooden materials are stabilized while the machine is working.

7. Hard Limit Block & Soft Limit Block: Soft block sends the electronic signal to prevent the spindles move out of gantry limits; Hard block creates a physical barrier for the spindle just in case the falling down.

8. Positioning Cylinder: Saving time for positioning the materials and making the working process more productive.

Q: Do I need to learn a programming language to operate a CNC router?

No, you don’t. The design software titles available on our machine allow you to design your files, import pictures, and drawings, manipulate them and the software will, in turn, generate the code that the machine will use to cut out your parts.

Q: What size machine is best for me?

What kind of work do you want to do now? And How about 3 years from now? If you are in a small shop and you only want to make small parts, a small machine will likely do you just fine. But if you want to cut full sheets you will do well to look at a 4 x 8 foot or larger machine.
